Mother: Cheryl, you have to mop the floor today, BOTH the upstairs and the downstairs and make sure you cover every inch. Oh and buy dinner tonight.


Cheryl: *groan* Why me?


Mother: Because you are the eldest.


Cheryl: Then what does the pig do?


Mother: Don't call your brother a pig. He vacuums the floor.


Cheryl: NOT FAIR! Vacuuming takes only 10 minutes. Mopping takes ages and is so very tedious!


Mother: I don't care. You have to do it.


Cheryl: But... This is Not Fair at all. I could have used the time to do my homework, while the pig gets to maple his time away?


Pig: (Grinning at the computer screen, flirting with girls on maple, oblivious to what is happening)


Mother: (Ignoring what I said) And if you have the time, wash the toilets, clean the windows and tabletops, tidy up all the rooms, wash the clothes, iron them ....


Cheryl: (mind shuts down)
